El/la cliente declara haber informado verazmente sobre su estado de salud antes de la realización de cualquier tratamiento estético. En particular, declara que:The client declares that they have truthfully reported their state of health before any aesthetic treatment is performed. In particular, they declare that:

• Sin enfermedades cutáneas:No skin conditions: no padece enfermedades cutáneas activas ni presenta heridas abiertas, infecciones o alteraciones en la zona a tratar.they have no active skin conditions and no open wounds, infections or alterations in the area to be treated.
• Sin alergias no comunicadas:No undisclosed allergies: no presenta alergias conocidas a los productos utilizados, salvo las previamente comunicadas al centro.they have no known allergies to the products used, except those previously reported to the centre.
• Sin tratamiento incompatible:No incompatible treatment: no se encuentra bajo tratamiento médico incompatible con el procedimiento estético a realizar.they are not undergoing any medical treatment incompatible with the aesthetic procedure to be performed.
• Embarazo o lactancia:Pregnancy or breastfeeding: no está embarazada ni en período de lactancia sin haberlo comunicado previamente al profesional.they are not pregnant or breastfeeding without having previously informed the professional.

ContraindicacionesContraindications

El centro podrá negarse a realizar el tratamiento si detecta cualquiera de las siguientes condiciones:The centre may refuse to perform the treatment if it detects any of the following conditions:

• Signos de infección.Signs of infection.
• Reacciones cutáneas activas.Active skin reactions.
• Condiciones médicas de riesgo.High-risk medical conditions.

La seguridad del cliente prevalece sobre cualquier prestación del servicio.The client’s safety takes precedence over the provision of any service.

Reacciones adversasAdverse reactions

El/la cliente reconoce los siguientes aspectos sobre los tratamientos estéticos:The client acknowledges the following aspects of aesthetic treatments:

• Efectos temporales posibles:Possible temporary effects: algunos tratamientos pueden producir enrojecimiento, inflamación leve o sensibilidad temporal en la zona tratada.some treatments may cause redness, mild swelling or temporary sensitivity in the treated area.
• Reacciones imprevisibles:Unpredictable reactions: existen posibles reacciones propias de la piel de cada persona que no pueden anticiparse.there may be reactions specific to each person’s skin that cannot be anticipated.
• Resultados variables:Variable results: el resultado final puede variar según el tipo de piel, los cuidados posteriores y factores individuales.the final result may vary depending on skin type, aftercare and individual factors.

Exención de responsabilidadLiability waiver

South Beauty Lab no será responsable de resultados no deseados cuando:South Beauty Lab shall not be liable for undesired results when:

• Historial incompleto:Incomplete history: el cliente no haya informado adecuadamente su historial médico.the client has not adequately reported their medical history.
• Indicaciones ignoradas:Instructions ignored: no haya seguido las recomendaciones post-tratamiento proporcionadas.they have not followed the aftercare recommendations provided.
• Manipulación inadecuada:Improper handling: haya manipulado la zona tratada de forma inadecuada tras el procedimiento.they have improperly handled the treated area after the procedure.

Cuidados posterioresAftercare

El/la cliente se compromete a cumplir las siguientes indicaciones para garantizar los mejores resultados y su propia seguridad:The client agrees to follow these instructions to ensure the best results and their own safety:

• Seguir indicaciones:Follow instructions: cumplir las indicaciones post-tratamiento entregadas por el profesional.follow the aftercare instructions provided by the professional.
• Informar reacciones:Report reactions: avisar inmediatamente al centro ante cualquier reacción inusual.notify the centre immediately of any unusual reaction.
• Evitar productos no indicados:Avoid non-recommended products: no aplicar productos no recomendados en la zona tratada.do not apply non-recommended products to the treated area.

Exoneración parcial de responsabilidadPartial liability waiver

El/la cliente declara haber recibido información clara, suficiente y comprensible sobre el tratamiento, sus riesgos y cuidados posteriores, aceptando voluntariamente su realización.The client declares that they have received clear, sufficient and understandable information about the treatment, its risks and aftercare, voluntarily agreeing to undergo it.

Clientes no residentesNon-resident clients

En el caso de clientes no residentes en España, el centro no se responsabiliza de las revisiones posteriores si el cliente abandona la isla antes del periodo recomendado de seguimiento.For clients not resident in Spain, the centre is not responsible for follow-up reviews if the client leaves the island before the recommended follow-up period.
